Managing the Quality (DEG) Team of 7 Members.
Facilitating the QA Process as per the OU and Organization defined Standards.
Conducting Project Management Reviews and Internal Audits every Quarter.
Unified Project Plan, Service Improvement Plans, Process Improvements, Contractual Commitment Trackers and Predictive Models are reviewed and maintained for all the Customers.
Defining the Deliverables and Risks for the Projects
Focusing of the Critical Projects (UIIC and TATA-AIG) for the Deliverables
Raising timely NCs and Recommendations and actively tracking them to closure.
Studying the CSS and working on the Causal Analysis for the improvements.
Maintaining the Training Records, BCPs, Security Drills and Floor Connects, Metrics Data and Analysis and Defect Prevention data. Detailed Analysis on the same to have the proper causal and actions by the Project Team.
Coordinating for the Releases as per the Process and providing Weekly Updates for the Projects to the Senior Management.
Supporting selected Projects for CMMI and ISO Audits
Acting as the SPOC for the GENISYS Management and Corporate DEG for all the QA Deliveries and Process Maintenance of the GENISYS Projects
