What would be the pattern of examination for class 6th?

In the entrance test, you will get a total of 80 questions which are from different subjects including Mental Aptitude, Maths and Hindi language. Students are supposed to answer these multiple-choice (offline) questions to qualify for the examinations. The admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is provided on the basis of cutoff scored by students in this examination. 

  • There is no provision for negative marking. 
  • The total time allotted for solving 80 questions is 2 hours.
  • The General Mental Aptitude section carries 40 questions of 50 marks which need to be solved in 60 Minutes.
  • The Arithmetic section carries 20 questions of 25 marks which need to be solved in 30 Minutes.

What would be the examination pattern of the JNV Entrance Exam for class 9th?

The examination will take place in 21 different languages. The students are supposed to submit the answers through the OMR sheet only. The question paper will have four sections- Mathematics, General Science, English and Hindi. The duration of the examination is 2 hours and the total number of allotted marks are 100. Out of which the English section carries 15 marks, Hindi section also carries 15 marks, Math section carries 35 marks and General Science section also carries 35 marks. The admit cards for the 2022- 23 session have been released in March 2022 for the sixth and ninth standard students. Those students who have applied for this examination can download their admit cards through the official website of NVS.

When can I expect the result of the JNVST Entrance Exam 2022?
